• Dr. Robert Shepherd is an Family Medicine Physician with over 20 years of experience.
• He graduated from University of New England College of Osteopathic Medicine, internship at Osteopathic Hospital of Maine and residency at UMASS.

Mr. Mohamed Haider brings a combined 24 years of experience in more than 30 countries covering R&D, operations, manufacturing, technology transfer programs and sales and marketing.

Mr. Haider serves on the Board of Directors for AWSOM (a volunteer non-profit organization focused on financial empowerment).  He is also serves as the CMO and on the Board of Directors for OPEN (Organization of Pakistani Entrepreneurs of North America).   Over the last 5 years, Mohamed has been focusing on helping healthcare businesses achieve business and financial goals, working with medical and non-medical teams.

Coming from a family of medical professionals, Mohamed has a deep understanding of providers` needs, and focuses on allowing doctors, nurse practitioners, and other medical personnel to dedicate time to providing care, while the non-medical team focuses on other aspects of the medical practice operations;

He received his BS in Electrical & Computer Engineering from Drexel University and an MBA in Engineering Management and has acquired numerous certifications in Leadership Training, Project Management, Scrum Management, Six Sigma, Project Management and Quality Control.

Diane is a certified Medical Assistant with over 5 years of experience serving patients in the Metro-West area.

• Dr. Aslam is an Internal Medicine Doctor with over 19 years of experience. Dr. Aslam completed his post-graduate training in multiple locations in the USA and throughout the world, including Mayo Hospital in Pakistan, Russal Hall Hospital in the UK, Strong Memorial Hospital in NY, Boston University, St. Elizabeth Hospital, Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center, and Massachusetts General Hospital. Dr. Aslam specializes in Internal Medicine and Nuclear Cardiology.
• During his career, Dr. Aslam has worked in Harvard School of Medicine, South Shore Hospital, Norwood Hospital, Union Hospital, and other places.

• Graduated from University of Massachusetts Worcester, Graduate School of Nursing
• American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) certified in Adult-Gerontological Primary Care
• Member of the Massachusetts Coalition of Nurse Practitioners (MCNP)
• Background in cardiac/telemetry, progressive care and postoperative nursing

Katya Antonova is an entrepreneur and a skilled business leader who brings over 11 years of experience in management, operations, and business development.

Over the past few years, Katya has been primarily focusing on helping behavioral health and addiction treatment companies achieve their goals. Working both with patients and operational teams of small family practices and the state industry leaders, Ms. Antonova has proven to have a strong ability for cultivating long-lasting relationships at all levels of business communication, streamline processes and increase productivity.

Over her career, Ms. Antonova has demonstrated skills of strong leader and effective communicator who successfully coordinated programs for hundreds of clients, maintaining high team performance, and growing client satisfaction. Having substantial experience working with people from all of the world, and being an immigrant, Ms. Antonova focuses on improving communication among people of varied life backgrounds and building a diverse teams.

Jay Chaudhry is a serial entrepreneur with a track record of scaling and growing healthcare and technology businesses, as well as executing successful M&A projects both in the USA and globally. Over the past 10 years, Mr. Chaudhry`s focus was leadership, operation and business development in the healthcare industry. Mr. Chaudhry had been part of senior teams of successful healthcare and technology companies, including IBM, Oracle, Xerox, GE, Pfizer, Wyeth Pharmaceuticals, American Home Product, Genetics Institute. 

Having lost family members and close friends to addiction & mental health, five years ago Mr. Chaudhry decided to dedicate his life to help people suffering from the addiction, substance abuse and mental health working with medical team and a team of dedicated business professionals. He has worked with a number of community and national non-profit organizations dedicated to helping people suffering from substance abuse, behavioral health problems and advocating for women`s and children`s health. 

Jay is an advisor for multiple companies in renewable energy, Internet cyber-security, and healthcare technology, helping their teams with business & capital strategies.

Mr. Chaudhry had a BS / MS in computer information systems from Boston University and completed his Executive Business Management program at MIT Sloan School.
